Yohimbe is the one supplement that for years men used as a natural testosterone booster. Yes, it actually does work. I personally have not used it, but however, I did have a buddy who swore by it.


He claims that after taking this African root that he could get and keep an erection for almost as long as he could on Viagra. At that time people didn’t seem to know about the dangers of taking these supplement as they do now.

What can Yohimbe do to you? Well here are some of the risks. Studies have shown that it can raise or lower your blood pressure to abnormal levels increasing the risk of a stroke of cardiac arrest.

Wolf’s Bane

Now we have Aconite or Aconitum. It is also known under a variety of name mostly from older times one of which is Wolf’s bane. Native to mountainous regions of the Northern Hemisphere it is a flowering plant in which the roots that contain pseudaconitine is a deadly poison.

Supposedly given in small doses it will treat inflammation and joint pain, however, it has been found to cause respiratory system failure, vomiting, low blood pressure, and nausea. It can also cause heart rhythm disorders and even death.


You probably don’t think of caffeine as dangerous right? Well… It can definitely be dangerous¬†and even FATAL. But if you are just drink a couple of cups of coffee a day drinker. You will most likely experience zero side effects from caffeine.


People run into problems with caffeine when they start taking caffeine supplements like pills or powders. You figure a single cup of coffee contains about 60mg to 100mg of caffeine. You could drink 10 cups of coffee in a day and be perfectly fine. Of course, that isn’t recommended but you would still be alive.

Taking caffeine supplements on the other hand can get dangerous fast. A single caffeine pill can contain 200mg of caffeine. You can see how people can easily overdose on caffeine by taking a small handful of pills.
